Take Care of Yourself | Supports

This is a reminder to ensure you take time for yourself and family, as this needs to be a balanced priority in everyone’s daily life and work schedule.

If you or your loved ones require additional mental or emotional support we have provided links to several resources below.

The PHSA Mobile Response Team has compiled a valuable document containing a variety of Wellness and Mental Health Resources. It’s crucial to spread this information far and wide to support children, youth, students, and families. Let’s work together to ensure everyone can access the resources they need for their well-being.

Support is available:

  • Reach your local mental health and substance use centre for community-based supports by calling 310-MHSU (6478).
