Swearing In Ceremony
The results are in! Tk̓emlúps te Secwépemc Election Day was November 13, 2021. Rosanne Casimir was re-elected as Kúkpi7. Elected Tkwenem7íple7 (Councillors) were Marie Baptiste, Thomas Blank, Nikki Fraser, Joshua Gottfriedson, Justin Gottfriedson, Dave Manuel, and Morning-Star Peters.
The Swearing In Ceremony is November 15 at 4:30pm at MSG and will be live-streamed. We encourage you to watch the proceedings from the comfort of your own home. Watch the SWEARING IN CEREMONY using either of these links:
Please note, the stream starts once the actual in-person events begins. If you tune-in at 4:30pm and just see a screen with our logo etc. the stream is working. We don’t turn the cameras on until the event is underway.
If you choose to join us in-person at MSG, we are required to follow all current Public Health COVID-19 regulations. Please note the following:
- Masks must be worn at all times while inside MSG
- Temperature will be checked
- You must sign-in with name and phone number
- Double vaccination passports will be checked at the door
