CCP Round 2 Engagement

Based on the input from April and industry best practices, we have drafted preliminary goals. These goals will first be reviewed by the community to ensure they reflect their priorities. Following this, we seek feedback from managers and technical staff to evaluate the goals’ feasibility, potential implementation timelines, and related considerations.

Engagement Round 1 Recap
In April, we gathered valuable insights from the community about their vision, needs, and aspirations for the future. Additionally, we worked with technical staff to assess the progress of action items from the 2015 CCP. The findings from this “report card” will soon be shared with both staff and the community.
