SLR Consulting has been supporting the Land Code process by conducting a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) on the Tk̓emlúps te Secwépemc Lands (identified as IRs 1 through 5). The Phase I ESA is near completion, and is hosting an online presentation providing general overview of the initial findings. Join SLR as they go over common areas of potential environmental concern observed and provide time for questions and answers.
SLR will provide a general overview of what a Phase I ESA is, and discuss common concerns like gas stations, and vehicle servicing/dismantling operations. Ample time will be provided to time for questions/answers, and group discussion.
The presentation is scheduled from 10am – 12pm on Thursday, May 22, 2025, and can be watched through the MS Teams link at the bottom of this email. It is expected to last approximately 30 minutes, followed by 1.5 hours of open discussion time. If you have any questions please reach out to:
