The First Nation (FN) Grant is offered by the Tk’emlúps te Secwépemc to those residents of the Band reserve lands who qualify under the home owner grant policies of the Band (similar to the guidelines of the Provincial Home Owner Grant Program).
The FN Grant is designed to help homeowners reduce their property taxes. The FN Grant does not apply to arrears, penalties, delinquent taxes or penalties on them.
There are two categories of FN Grants: the FN Financial Needs Grant and the FN Over 65 or Handicapped Grant.
