Tk̓emlúps te Secwepemc welcomes land development, partnerships and joint ventures. Our goals is to have business thrive on our lands in an environmentally responsible and sustainable way.

Over the past 40 years, the Band has successfully developed and operated one of the largest industrial parks in Canada – the 350 tenant Mt. Paul Industrial Park.

Our role is also to develop new business opportunities for the band that will bring the utmost benefit to the membership and the long term sustainability of the land, people and culture. We strive to attract, retain and market business opportunities.

Wherever possible we want to be a part of your success. We are interested in forming joint ventures and partnerships related to commercial, industrial and residential development opportunities. Our goal is to succeed with businesses through growth and expansion. Businesses can be assured we are open for business and we strive to help businesses set down roots and prosper.

This development corporation oversees the operations of the Tk̓emlúps te Secwépemc band owned business units, including the Tk̓emlúps Petro Canada, the Tk̓emlúps Carwash, the Sagebrush Downs/Mount Paul Centre located in the Mt. Paul Industrial Park and TteS land for development.
