Range

The Range Management Officer is responsible for the management of TteS rangelands, maintaining and protecting TteS interests and properties within Forest/Range transition and Range/Forage areas of the TteS’s Sprout Reserve, Douglas Reserve, and traditional territories.

This position also researches, develops, evaluates and recommends TteS Range Management Policies within the TteS interest areas impacted with fence, road, environment and riparian destruction and/or alteration. The Range Management Officer is responsible for initiating negotiations and project managing of multi-party ventures such as fencing, road alteration, environmental clean-up and riparian re-enhancement for future leasing requirements within the Sprout Reserve and all other areas that impact on the interests of the TteS.
